In Person Classes

Class Cancellation Policy

Because we offer small group classes (usually 8 participants or fewer) and classes tend to fill quickly, we must maintain a firm cancellation policy to keep things fair for all students and instructors.

One-Time Classes, Workshops, & Events

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class start time may be eligible for a refund only if we are able to fill your spot.

  • If your spot cannot be filled, a store credit will be issued for a future class only (cannot be used on store products).

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class start time will receive no refund and no credit.

• No-shows or notifications received after the class has started will result in forfeiture of registration, with no refund or credit.

All cancellations or transfer requests must be submitted by email to
threelittlebirds.sewingco@gmail.com.

By registering for a class, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Multi-Week Class Series (4 or More Classes)

• Makeup classes are only offered for class series of 4 or more sessions.

• One (1) makeup session per series is permitted.

• The fee for a makeup class is $25.
  

• No refunds are given for missed individual sessions.
