Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

Cut fabrics & other by the yard items
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your items, please contact us via email at threelittlebirds.sewingco@gmail.comwithin 72 hours or receiving your order. We will issue you store credit via an electronic gift card or offer an exchange. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be sent via an electronic gift card, within 7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
Received the wrong item? Hey, mistakes happen! Please notify us via email and we will be happy to correct the mistake. Likewise, if the item is damaged or broken, please send us an email at threelittlebirds.sewingco@gmail.com.

 

Shipping

Due to higher than normal volume, orders are  shipping within 3-4 days of being place (usually faster). We use USPS almost exclusively to ship and you will receive a shipping notification with tracking via email. If you have not received any notification after that time period, please contact us via e-mail. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

Curbside Pickup

Orders are currently taking 3-4 days to process from the time they are placed. You will receive an email notifying you when it’s ready to pickup along with dates and times that curbside is available. We will not refund or exchange any orders that have not picked up.
