There are triangle rings built into the handle to hold both the strap option and\/or any additional accessories, like keys and bag charms. The Lining is based on quilt cotton and woven fabric with similar weights of ~4 oz\/sq yard, such as linen or chambray. The layers can begin to add up (especially in View B with the piping,) so make sure your machine can handle the fabric thicknesses.
