Three Little Birds Sewing Co.
T-Shirt Quilt Class
Have old T-Shirts laying around that you can’t bear to throw away? Learn how to turn them into a quilt that will make the memories last forever.
This is a three part series that will require some sewing at home in between classes. If you do not have a sewing machine at home, we can make arrangements for you to use studio time at the shop.
We will roughly follow the schedule below. Class meets every other Saturday at 11am. Can't make a session? Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate a makeup date.
Session I: April 7th, April 21st, and May 5th.
Week 1: Prepping & cutting of t-shirts. If time allows, we will begin assembling blocks for the quilt.
Week 2: Finish assembling quilt top & basting the quilt.
Week 3: Quilting & binding tutorial.
All supplies (except t-shirts) are available for purchase in our store. Students purchasing supplies for their class always receive 10% off their purchase.
